Yet, there is a world wide sentiment of creating barriers to restrict or constrain the flow. Why do we have a limit of 65000 H-1B visas a year in the US? Hopefully, our policy makers can read and interpret the chart to make decisions about policies.
In true capitalism, capital, talent and ideas flow to wherever they are treated the best. So far silicon valley has had its fair share of talent from across the world and we should strive to keep it that way.
